For 25 years, Loucaides & Philippou Architects Engineers has designed residential, commercial and urban projects across Cyprus - from private homes and offices to hospitals and public squares. Our work is guided by a bioclimatic, energy-conscious approach, and by a particular care for restoring and preserving traditional buildings and cultural heritage.

Houses, offices, apartment and office buildings, communal buildings, clinics and hospitals - from concept through full construction drawings, to supervision until completion.
Design and reformation of squares, streets and open public spaces, including city and village centres.
Recording, restoration and adaptive reuse of traditional and listed buildings, with attention to cultural fabric.
Orientation, shading and passive performance built into every project to meet energy regulation and cut running costs.
Five open national competitions entered. Three first prizes - all three built.
